Exploring The Why
This conference is a deep dive into the cooperative business model and The Cooperative Principles that differentiate credit unions in the marketplace. In addition to the operating principles, attendees learn the social purpose of credit unions and how they benefit their communities. Additionally, the interactive conference format encourages dialogue and exchange of ideas and programs working to make a difference in the lives of credit union members. Attendees will leave with a deeper understanding of why credit unions are unique and more importantly, how credit unions are well suited to make a tangible impact on the lives of our members and the greater communities we serve.

Over three days of training, experts will be presenting today’s hot topics, such as cybersecurity, information security, BSA/AML, Fair Lending, Third-Party Vendor Management, and many of the other ‘alphabet soup’ letter regulations. Not only will rules and regulations be reviewed, but there will be discussion time to share and learn how others have set up processes to implement requirements, as it is often the day-to-day responsibilities that impact compliance professionals the most.

Compliance Lunch-N-Learn: Deceased Member Accounts

Our Compliance Lunch-n-Learn training will be virtual sessions designed to answer questions about some of your most frequently asked questions.  The topic to be covered on June 6th will be: Dealing with Deceased Members. The session will focus on handling accounts, including when there is probate or a trust. Allison Block-Chavez and Kevin Hammer from Aldridge, Hammer & Wexler, P.A. will join us to present the information you need to know, as well as answer questions. International Credit Union Contact Center Conference
October 23-25, 2023

At the International Credit Union Contact Center Conference (ICUCCC), attendees will participate in interactive workshops with subject-matter experts from leading contact center technology providers.

Conference attendees will work with their credit union peers during daily breakout sessions to create processes to improve the member experience while maintaining employee workloads and morale. Past participants have shared that the tips and trends they learned during our breakout sessions help solve day-to-day issues while creating maps for long-range planning.
