International Credit Union Day

International Credit Union (ICU) Day celebrates the spirit of the global credit union movement. The day is recognized to reflect upon the credit union movement’s history, promote its achievements, recognize hard work and share member experiences. International Credit Union (ICU) Day has been celebrated on the third Thursday of October since 1948.

National Credit Union Call Center Conference

Hosted by the Credit Union Association of New Mexico, the 25th annual National Credit Union Call Center Conference (NCUCCC) is designed to help contact center professionals solve day-to-day issues while creating maps for long-range planning. During the 2022 conference, attendees will work with their credit union peers during our interactive conference workshops and daily breakout sessions to create processes to improve the member experience while helping to improve employee workloads and morale. 

Small Call Center Workshop: Delivering Big on Quality and Productivity

Hosted by the Credit Union Association of New Mexico, the one-day-only workshop provides industry-tested guidance to smaller contact centers. The five-hour training will focus on the nuts and bolts of managing a successful, member-focused team using efficiency, consistency, and productivity.

Winter Chapter Dinner and Indian Pueblo Cultural Center Holiday Shop & Stroll

Enjoy the spirit of the season at the Pueblo Shop & Stroll and Winter Chapter Dinner. Shop a bazaar featuring Native artists selling handcrafted ornaments, nativity sets, jewelry, art and unique gifts (4-8pm). Then, join us for Pueblo Frybread and drinks while socializing with colleagues, friends and partners and participate in a special panel (5-7pm, speaker details TBA).

During CUANM’s Exploring the Why training, participants will take an in-depth look at the cooperative business model and its history to better understand the role and need of credit unions in the marketplace. 
Held in partnership with the National Credit Union Foundation, Exploring the Why participants will learn how and why cooperative philosophies can be applied to day-to-day operations while reinforcing the purpose of the credit union difference.
