Your credit union will NEVER call, text or e-mail you to ask for personal, confidential information such as your account number, passwords or usernames, or Social Security number. Your credit union already has the information it needs.
If you receive a phone call, text or e-mail asking for such information, hang up or click out and DO NOT EVER GIVE OUT YOUR PERSONAL, CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION. If you have questions, hang up or click out and then call your credit union and report the incident. If you give out your information, call your credit union immediately and you will be directed on how to proceed.
